Main activities
The main activities of the Bureau of Finance is stated in Law no. 531/1990
The different taxes are submitted according to the following regulations :
Law no. 586/1992 concerning Income Tax,
Law no. 588/1992 concerning the VAT,
Law no. 16/1993 concerning the Road Tax,
Law no. 338/1992 concerning the Estate Tax,
Law no. 357/1992 concerning the Inheritance Tax, Gift Tax, and the tax of Transfer
Law no. 337/1992 concerning the administration of taxes and fees explains the policy of applying tax laws.
The decree no. 604/1992 defines the area of responsibility of the different Bureaus of Finance.
